Dinosaur Coloring Pages
Dinosaurs give you big flat bodies to fill in and a few fiddly bits like plates and claws. That combination works well across ages: a three-year-old can scribble the body while an older sibling does the spikes properly. The sheets below are graded so you can pick the right one rather than printing all of them and hoping.
Dinosaurs are where the age grade matters most, because the same animal can be four big panels or two hundred scales. A stegosaurus with its plates outlined is a different afternoon from one standing in ferns, so check the area count on the card before printing for a younger child. Everything here is drawn friendly rather than fearsome — mouths closed or smiling, no teeth bared — which is deliberate for the age this site is for.
